Three and a half

Yesterday a Franklin was at the park where he met a three and a half-year old. This little boy was very nice to Franklin and taught him all about what it's like to be three and a half. You can jump farther and higher when you are three and a half. You can run faster and climb the slide backwards. You can even slide down a pole all by yourself...when you are three and a half. BUT you cannot jump too high or you will "crack your head open."

Later in the evening, daddy wanted to throw Franklin in the air, but Franklin refused saying, "Dad, I don't want to crack my head open." Oh what great words of wisdom gained at the playground from a very knowledgable three and a half year old.

Today my mom asked Franklin how old he would be on his birthday next month, and guess what he said...you guessed right; "Three and a half!" Stop growing so fast little guy.

Look on the bright side, his new little friend could have taught him something much worse than "you'll crack your head open" :) That photo is adorable; so Franklin!
