A week ago our little baby Beatrice was given a blessing by her father. For those of you who aren't Mormon, a baby is given a blessing when they are infants as a welcome into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It is not a baptism as in the Catholic faith, but it is just as important. Usually a baby is blessed with health and security and a knowledge that God loves them and is there to watch over and protect always.
Beatrice's father gave her a beautiful blessing that will help her in her life as she grows and grows and grows. She's already getting so big she almost didn't fit into the beautiful dress her Mugga Z gave her.

Wow, she sure seems a lot bigger than Franklin was at that age?! I can not believe how much bigger Parker is than Samantha already! He weighed 20 pounds at his 9 month and Samantha didn't even weight that till she a year and a half! Anyway, beautiful photo and dress!
