Thanks to the encouragement of a few friends, who already have blogs, we have decided to become bloggers too. We hope this appeases those of you whom we don't get to talk to very often.
Christmas was just a few days ago. We celebrated in style. Honestly, we just bought a bunch of presents for Franklin and watched him get more excited and more overwhelmed as he opened each one.
He loves cars and animals. His Grams bought him a nice car mat and supplied him with half a dozen cars. We bought him a bucket of farm animals that he sets up on his car mat. He takes a car and crashes it into the cows. I think he has watched the "tractor tipping" scene from Cars one too many time.

Of course he got more presents than that, but those are his favorites by far.
Little Franklin not only loves cars and animals, he loves popcorn! If he had it his way, he'd eat it for every meal. He loves to take bubble baths and loves to make messes, but he does not like to see any dirt on his hands. If you put anything on the back of his hands, he gets very upset and says, "STOP!" One of his favorites words by far, that and "NO,NO, NO."
We will have to post some pictures, but for now, enjoy the few we have posted. We hope to post an entry at least once a week. This is one of our New Year's resolutions/goals.
